System Analysis
The CBPD incorporates a tile system in which all
of the building’s communication, electrical, and
HVAC services are distributed underneath the
floor. This technique optimized the use of office
space by providing a greater ability to configure
spaces without the need to re-route electrical
outlets. The center was also researching the
creation and utilization of biodiesel fuel.
