3.Tying your hair tightly while still wet:
Doing a bun, pony tail, or tight braid will lead to breakage. Sleeping with wet tightly held hair will lead to breakage. What you should do is that you may do a loosely held braid, and that we should not tie is tightly at the end of braid.
4.Growing out healthy hair:
If you want to grow out your hair you should always get trims. Cutler advises, “When you first decide to grow out your hair, make sure you cut off all damage and split ends. A split end can end up splitting all the way up the length of the hair, leaving it weak.” Says Edgar Parra of Sally Hershberger Downtown, “It’s not about cutting a lot every time, it’s about cutting a little bit every time. Think of it as hairstyle maintenance.”
5.Picking at split ends:
The best way to make split ends worse is by splitting them. Splitting the ends up the entire strand destroys the whole strand of hair. So, you probably should stop doing that.
