A range of medical clinics and specialists are also based in Poundbury including a fertility clinic, osteopaths, physiotherapy and chiropractors. Medical services such as specialist dentistry, hearing clinics and specialist nursing care agencies are now situated here too. Chiropractic company Hansson Health has taken residence in Maiden House at the bottom of The Buttermarket, which also houses The Dorchester Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic, Poundbury Pilates and CBT Solutions. From The Rooms on Ringhill Street, over 11 practitioners provide a range of services including acupuncture and reflexology. Relate is based on Middle Farm Way, offering a range of counselling services. The Poundbury Clinic in Middlemarsh Street is a specialist private fertility clinic and people travel from all areas to celebrated consultant Dr Michael Dooley. Most residents are registered with one of two GP practices in Poundbury; The Prince of Wales Surgery and Poundbury Doctors Surgery sit next to each other on St John Way next to the Great Field alongside Rowlands Pharmacy. There are two dentists surgeries - one including Oasis Deental Care Poundbury. For fitness, Brownsword Hall hosts regular aerobics, yoga and dance classes and Poundbury Pilates offer a full programme of classes. For cycling enthusiasts, there is not one but two cycle shops.
