With their South West Quadrant building programme coming to a successful conclusion this year, Morrish Builders is delighted to continue its impressive work with the Duchy of Cornwall as they progress to the North East Quadrant, north of Queen Mother Square.
Morrish will present a new show home and sales complex this year, with the company also due to launch its first sector of three bedroom, two-storey residential housing, Liscombe Street, in the North East Quadrant around Easter on an“ off-plan” basis.
The first Morrish show home in this quadrant will be Plot 109 on the corner of Reeve Street and Reeve Lane. This stunning house has a threestorey, four bedroom arrangement and will be dressed by CW Interiors.
In addition to the main house, Morrish will convert the double garage into a Sales Centre to be used appropriately as a central location point for launches and sales events in the area.
