Each and every time I am contacted by somebody from Network asking me for something, my response is always
the same: "Anything for Nigel".
I can go on and on with Nigel's generosity to my family and friend's with Network memberships, course and FILEX
registrations and a friendly ear and advice with where to go with their futures. And I know my story and admiration of
Nigel is not an isolated experience in our industry. The debt of gratitude that so many of us have for Nigel for believing in
us and helping us is huge.
Nigel, I must say, however, that part of my life debt to you has actually been paid when you talked me into baby sitting all
of those kids at your fiftieth birthday (I'm still recovering!) and the time I almost had a heart attack when minding your
kids and Luke grabbed a kitchen knife and covered himself in tomato sauce. Or when the boys insisted that they give me
a facial. I didn't tell you about that.
Nigel, thank you for your unwavering, indefatigable and never ending generosity, advice and support of our wonderful
industry and to those who work in it. We thank you. You are a one in a million, as a father, husband, boss, mentor
and friend.

I often refer to Greg and Nigel as the “Godfathers of fitness”. Their impact has positively influenced the lives of hundreds
of thousands of fitness fanatics both in Australia and around the world.
Greg leads with the type of energy that’s similar to a freshly serviced bulldozer after a good night’s sleep; he is determined,
energetic and unstoppable. Greg not only has the gift of creating a vision, but also the knowledge to successfully create the
team to achieve it. If you’ve been fortunate enough to be in a room when Greg is talking about something he’s passionate
about, it’s very difficult to not be changed as a consequence of his presentation; he is one of the best ambassadors for
the fitness industry you could hope to meet.
Nigel is a statesman of the fitness industry, unassuming yet fiercely determined to improve our industry and the quality
of those fortunate enough to be associated with it. I’ll never forget the time Nigel was in Brisbane on business and he
called in to simply say “thank you” for the work our team was doing. It’s the many little things like this, which make a big
difference. Through Network, Nigel has launched the careers of many international presenters by creating opportunities
for them to grow and develop through FILEX. Network is widely known as the source of all things fitness, and the jewel in
the Network crown is undoubtedly FILEX.
