A huge happy 30 th birthday to Network ! It seems like yesterday when this brainchild of Nigel , Lisa and Greg was born , and WOW what a massive impact you have had on our industry . Thanks to many of your ideas , concepts , events and training courses , the Australian industry has become one of the world leaders in fitness .
I can remember your very first membership and the Network magazines that were and are still so informative and cuttingedge ; then came the famous ACHPER Fitness Leader courses and the iconic presenters you had in addition to Nigel , such as Robbie Parker , Matt Church , Lexie Williams to name a few – those days are some on my best memories !
During the past 30 years , Network and its team have been and continue to be amazing ; a truly committed family of professionals . Like so many others , I can honestly say , I would not be where I am today if it wasn ' t for Network and the team who drive it . You all make a massive positive difference , by helping and inspiring so many others . So happy 30 th birthday to you all . Thank you for all the support and guidance over the past three decades . To Nigel , Greg and the team , you will always have my friendship , undying loyalty and support .

Back in the day when computers had floppy disc drives , and “ yahoo ” was the browser of choice , I joined an exciting little team called Australian Fitness Network . The walls of the Neutral Bay office were painted in bright shades of colour and the team , while obviously cohesive , seemed to work autonomously in their day-to-day operations .
My very first role with Network – the first of many , many to come – saw me charged with the critical task of establishing and launching Network ’ s first ever website . It cost us a bomb , involved what felt like a billion changes and tweaks , took forever to iron all the kinks out , but it eventually launched and by that time I well and truly knew I had found my second home .
Seventeen years on from when I first joined the family , and Network is easily one of the longest and most supportive relationships I ’ ve ever had ! Congratulations on this amazing milestone , and thank you for all your continuous support , which has enabled me to pursue and achieve my own professional and personal goals . From my family to yours , happy 30 th birthday , Australian Fitness Network !

Happy 30 th anniversary to Greg , Nigel and the whole Network team ! Network has enhanced my life in many ways ; writing for their magazines , speaking at FILEX … but the best thing to come out of Network for me , is my friendship with Nigel Champion . I love and respect that man and everything he has accomplished . His family means the world to me . So Nigel , Greg and the whole gang there at Network , may you inspire us for another 30 years !
