Cody will serve as a global regional director with OMS’ Men for Missions( MFM) ministry, engaging men to serve on short-term mission teams around the world. In addition, he will coordinate a training program that equips communities with practical trade skills to improve their lives while sharing the Gospel. Mykaela serves as a communications specialist with MFM, managing and editing various ministry materials. Together, they are passionate about using their gifts to advance God’ s mission globally.

Caleb sensed God’ s call to full-time cross-cultural ministry in 2023 and felt led to serve as a disciple-maker with OMS in Japan. He hopes to use his background in computers and technology to share the hope of Christ and mentor young men in faithful obedience. During college, Caleb led a ministry by facilitating weekly Bible studies and helping students grow in their understanding of Jesus. He has also volunteered in a church plant, helping prepare him to serve effectively in new ministries in Japan.
