An image of a bonsai tree is projected on a wall
large enough to appear ‘tree-size’. The work
requires a long, rectangular space in order to
allow the necessary pro jection distance and
sufficient space behind the projector to suggest
the scale could be adjusted even further.

Das Bild eines Bonsais wird auf eine Wand
projiziert, die groß genug ist, um ihn in natürlicher Baumgröße darzustellen. Die Arbeit kann
nur in einem langgestreckten Raum gezeigt
werden, der eine Projektion aus der notwendigen Entfernung erlaubt und auch hinter dem
