Career and Internship Fair Brings Recruiters to Campus
CDU Career Services hosted a career and internship fair on campus September 29 . The event , which
took place on the COBB lawn , drew multitudes of CDU students , some of whom arrived dressed sharply for potential interviews .
A range of health care companies were present to recruit students to organizations such as APLA Health , UCLA Health , Davita Kidney Care , Barlow Respiratory Hospital , LA County Department of Human Resources , Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles , and more . In preparation for the fair , students were encouraged to schedule advising sessions with Career Services to have their resumes reviewed in time for the event .
“ This event allowed students to network with recruiters from a wide variety of organizations in our community who seek to hire diverse CDU talent ,” said Allison Yi , Career Advisor . “ Whether it ’ s for employment , internships , research or volunteer work , there are invaluable opportunities for all .”
