LOG-ON
• Never let another worker use your log on or know your password.
The information entered into CTARS under your name, can be
tracked and you are responsible for its quality.
• Forgetting your password is not a reasonable excuse for not
entering data into CTARS. You can retrieve a forgotten password
through your email address.
• You can only access the CTARS files of the clients in your care. If
you are transferred to another house, where you do not usually
work – we can give you short term access to those CTARS files.
• Keep the computer running all day. You can shut down at night.
