2016/17 MEMBERSHIP MEMBERSHIP our achievements OUR FOCUS • We conducted an extensive Process Fitness Review (Health Check) with local and national Business Advisor, Pitcher Partners, to determine what services aligned to our strategy are valued by members (“value proposition”) and how well CCF is placed as an organisation to support its delivery. • In April 2017, we launched the “CCF membership “buddy up” campaign offering a 25% discount and incentives for signing up new members. Continuing to deliver services that are relevant to industry needs, duly recognised by stakeholders and highly valued by members. We acknowledge and t hank all CCF members for their continued support of our work over the last 12 months. It was a year where we continued our commitment to ensure that we offer members products and services that not only meets your discerning business needs, but represent excellent value for your CCF membership. Our Statistics & new Members The number of persons who, at the end of the financial year were recorded on the Register of members were: • 386 Contractor members • 120 Associate members This represents a slight decrease of 3.5% in Contractor Members and a 0.84% increase in Associate Members. WHAT’S AHEAD • With the 2017/18 CCF membership renewals, we launched our Discounts/Loyalty program offering savings vouchers for good services procured by CCF members. This will be expanded further over the next 12 months with new offerings. • We will implement the findings and recommendations emanating from the Process Fitness Review, including a new sales & service model for members.
