Janet Tressler-Davis, CCE, IOM, CTA, CCEO-AP
As President and CEO of the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce since August 1992, Janet
guides the chamber in leading business development and growth for the Westerville area on
behalf of the 22-member Board of Trustees.
Since she joined the Chamber, the membership has more than doubled and received its
accreditation through the United States Chamber of Commerce two times. Hundreds of
volunteers work on 11 committees actively designing and implementing various components of
the Chamber’s goals including 34 networking/educational programs each year. Through Davis’
leadership, the Chamber was awarded the 2018 BBB Torch Award for Ethics.
Jed E. Metzler, IOM, CCEO-AP
This month, Jed celebrates 20 years as President and CEO of the Lima/Allen County Chamber
of Commerce. Jed has received the Grassroots in Leadership Advocacy Award from the Ohio
Chamber of Commerce and was a CCEO Professional of the Year recipient. Jed loves to be
outdoors golfing, camping, fishing and sailing.
Joel Miller, CCEO-AP
Joel is the Executive Director of the Henry County Chamber of Commerce in Napoleon, Ohio
since 2004. Joel deeply believes that success comes from hard work and communication.
This belief has driven him to help others better communicate professionally and personally.
Prior to joining the Chamber, Joel worked in radio broadcasting for 17 years. He also believes
he may still be on double-secret probation at Napoleon High School for talking too much in
class.
Kathi Roetter, IOM
Kathi is the Executive Director of the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce working with local
leaders to build a better Troy, Ohio. Having over 18 years of non-profit management
experience, Kathi embraces the motto "Together We Are Better" at work and home. Outside the
office, she enjoys taking day trips with her husband and searching for delicious tacos.
