Booking Terms and Conditions
All prices include VAT.
A £ 10 per person non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking within 2 weeks of your enquiry. If the deposit is not paid within this timescale, your provisional booking will be removed.
Provisional bookings made after Monday 2nd November must be paid within 48 hours or will be removed. Payments can be made by phone or in person via our reception staff Monday to Friday only, from 8am to 4.30pm.
Regrettably, if you cancel all or part of your booking, all payments are non-refundable and nontransferable.
Carnegie Conference and Events Centre cannot be held responsible should any of the entertainment acts cancel at short notice. However, this is exceptional and we will endeavour to ensure that a suitable replacement act is sought.
Carnegie Conference and Events Centre reserves the right to cancel any event should it not prove viable to run. Under these circumstances a full refund would be offered or alternatively transfer to another night( subject to availability).
Free parking is available within the grounds of Carnegie Conference and Events Centre.
Please note that all cars are parked at the risk of the owner.
Children aged 12 and over may attend any of our Festive events but must be accompanied by an adult.
Parties of 4 people or fewer may be required to share a table.
Parties of 50 + will have special terms and conditions.
