Ziya Azazi
('Dervish in Progress - Dervish Tango')
Ziya Azazi was born in 1969 in Antakya, Turkey and is an Austrian
national who has been based in Vienna since 1994. In 1999 he was
awarded a scholarship by the Impulstanz Festival, including an honorable mention by
the Ballet International Magazine as “The Most Outstanding Dancer of the Year in
Austria.” The same year, he began studying the traditional dance of the Sufis and
has since then choreographed many interpretations.

Patricia Kuypers & Franck Beaubois
(Contact Improvisation)
Patricia Kuypers (Belgium) is a key player in the transmission and
development of Contact Improvisation in Europe. Trained among
imminent choreographers and Postmodern Dance innovators, Kuypers is a performer
and choreographer with a wide and varied repertoire of artistic collaborations in the
field of improvisation - and all her creations have gained international exposure.
Franck Beaubois (France) is an Improvisation dancer, and a Contact Improvisation
and Improvisation instructor. A plastic artist by training, he was trained in dancing
alongside some of the great names in Improvisation and in Contact Improvisation.
Beaubois instructs in numerous schools and training centers and is currently
developing an approach to dance that caters specifically to the needs of autistic
children.

Vincent Mantsoe
('Koba')
Vincent Sekwati Koko Mantsoe is a South African dancer and
choreographer who was raised in the township of Soweto. His
exploration of movement encompassed Ballet, trance ceremonies, spirituality, and
cultural influences of Africa, Aboriginal Australia, and Asia. Mantsoe has developed
numerous acclaimed works and is the recipient of various international awards. Now
based in France, he founded there his Association Noa Dance Company.
