crones don ' t have to swallow themselves down because they ' ve learned to appreciate their voices ,
and i hope one day i can learn to appreciate mine ;
i am relearning all the magic and grabbing it from the recesses of neglect and reclaiming it so i can be who i was always meant to be —
listened too long to the lies of others whispering who i should be ,
it wasn ' t ever what they thought would be best for me but rather how to keep me a flower maiden hidden in their dead gardens and so now i have embraced both the flowers and the death and i will make no apologies for my snow storms because if you steal my dreams or attempt to take them from me
you will see why demeter neglected her flowers .
