Healthcare Georgia Foundation will announce the Notification of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the 2022 Direct Services Grant Program on
June 8, 2022. In accordance with the Foundation’s strategic plan, the Direct Services Grant Program focuses on Preventing and Managing Chronic Diseases. The Direct Services Grant Program will support programs that address some of the most common and costly chronic diseases that have proven evidence-based interventions, including asthma, cardiovascular disease (emphasis on heart disease and stroke), and diabetes.
More information about the NOFA will be available on the Foundation's website on June 8, 2022.
