Re-Brand, Re-Vamp & Re-Launch

Anna Nalick has a song entitled “2 AM”. If you’ve never heard the song, take a moment to listen to it HERE. The last verse of the song goes something like this:

“2 AM and I’m still awake writing this song. If I get all down on paper it’s no longer inside of me threatening the life it belongs to. And I feel like I’m naked in front of the crowd ‘cuz these words are my diary screaming out loud and I know that you’ll use them however you want to.”

The chorus is then repeated, and it goes like this: “’Cuz you can’t jump the track. We’re like cars on a cable and life’s like an hourglass glued to the table. No one can find the rewind button now. Sing it if you understand. And breathe. Just breathe…”

That song has been an anthem of mine for years, and I chose to start this article with those lyrics because I feel naked and vulnerable in a lot of ways with this re-brand, re-vamp and re-launch. But, I also need you to understand something:

I MUST feel this way. THIS exact feeling has become my beacon—my guiding light—leading me to precisely what I am supposed to be doing with this life I’ve been given.
