Too often, companies rely on antiquated practices and solutions that hamper their ability to work efficiently and deliver exceptional, modern experiences. In fact, according to our research, one in four companies surveyed has no plans for digital transformation in talent acquisition. Companies that have the right people with the right leadership, underpinned by a robust change mechanism, are better able to increase adoption and achieve results.
