e were introduced

mid-2018, prior to the
launch of CPA Global’s
enhanced talent-
acquisition model.
Mindful that there
is so much noise and
complexity within
the talent acquisition
technology space, my
key objective was to get
under the lid and gain a
deeper understanding
of the endless tech
solutions in an immensely
overcrowded market.
Prior to The Hive,
the tech solutions with
which my colleagues and
I came into contact were
similar, so we needed
to understand the key
features and innovations
that could complement
our business.
