As the pressure to source skilled talent globally continues to fundamentally change
recruitment dynamics, we wanted to find out where the market is making progress
towards a more integrated and unified total talent approach.

In recent research we commissioned with staffing industry analysts, we identified
commonalities among a number of organisations that are aggressively adopting
and implementing total talent programmes and reaping the business benefits. We
categorised this group as total talent trendsetters.
What sets total talent trendsetters apart is their proactive approach to both total
talent acquisition and total talent management. They are effectively building and
growing an integrated programme internally and can quantify the effects of this on
their business. Levels of programme maturity vary, but the total talent trendsetters
are clearly forging a path to a more holistic approach to talent and skills acquisition.
