With danger coming from all angles, your team must be constantly vigilant. 7 Responsive In the case of a breach, your team must be able to take criticism and feedback from the employees affected. While it would be easy to become passive- aggressive in the face of possibly undeserved criticism, a cybersecurity professional has to front up when things go wrong. 8 Diligent You might say that all of your employees need to be detail-orientated, but in the cybersecurity profession it is integral.
