Small talent pools
Our company is highly distributed, so we are typically
challenged to find talent in a great many locations. Engineering
is at the core of our people platform and we have multiple
development centres around the world. As an example of the
challenge this creates, right now we have engineering roles
open in Singapore, India, Israel, South Africa, Finland, Turkey,
Thailand, Germany, Taiwan, Latvia, Ireland, Mexico, Uruguay
