Achieving scalability Mike Clarke Global Talent Acquisition Leader, Verifone Mike has worked in talent acquisition for over 20 years and has built and led teams globally for a number of blue-chip companies. verifone.com In 2016, we selected Alexander Mann Solutions to become our partner in a global recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solution. They support our hiring needs with a team of skilled recruiters, sourcers and administrators that manage the end-to-end process for hiring full-time employees around the globe. The remit is for all full-time hires up to, and including, director level. Adoption of RPO has been challenging as many of our managers have been used to doing things themselves for a long time. However, when the benefits are experienced, change management becomes much easier. The solutions have bought us material cost savings, an uplift in process efficiency and consistency and, importantly, scalability. Our volumes ebb and flow and the flexibility in the Alexander Mann Solutions model was an important consideration in our decision to partner with them.
