Its Global Client Service Centres are characterised as the ‘rock stars’ of the organisation, supporting service offerings while contributing to local economies and communities. Today, Alexander Mann Solutions has seven Global Client Service Centres worldwide. In Catalyst’s mini-series, we will highlight individual centres, beginning with Belfast, opened in January 2015 with the aim of creating 250 jobs locally. Representing the company’s sixth centre to open, Belfast is well-placed to support international businesses out of EMEA and the Americas, due to its plentiful supply of local talent and growing reputation as a business- friendly city. Current clients include Citi, Deloitte, Novartis, Rolls-Royce, Credit Suisse and Vodafone; in addition, the core contingent workforce sourcing team is based in the centre.
