Diversity , equity and inclusion ( DEI ) has always been important at AMS and will continue to be so . We want to create an inclusive culture and our DEI week is an important part of that .
It ’ s an opportunity to bring colleagues together to celebrate , get involved and , most importantly , educate each other around DEI . It ’ s no secret that AMS is incredibly busy delivering for our clients , but it ’ s important that we allow colleagues to take time out of their schedules to focus on DEI , whether that ’ s bringing in external speakers around topics such as LGBT and neurodiversity , running webinars to develop further understanding , or learning about what other organisations and clients are doing in DEI .
We ’ re currently collecting feedback on our 2021 DEI week and putting together a calendar of events for 2022 . It ’ s about building excitement , engagement and anticipation for DEI in the future .
