synopsis:
This film is a journey through the flavors of the Coimbra
Region, distinguished with the European Gastronomy Region
2021 award. The gastronomy of the region is vast, highlighting
Chanfana, Lampantana, Leitão, Lampreia, Fish of the Xávega
Art, Sardine and Rice of the Low Mondego. We try the Rabaçal
and Serra da Estrela cheeses, the Conventual Confectionery,
the Honey, the Sausages, without forgetting the craft beer and
the wine full of personality.
