My imagination after much contemplation the image is com-
plete in my mind and I start to work. Assembling and stitching
together small pieces of clay, from nothing. And transforming
them into intricate forms that are embued with movement and
life.
I use the nerikami technique, layering different colored clays
together to create an energetic flow of color and form, sculpt-
ing in three dimensions, unlike painting, that is limited to the
two dimensionality of brushstrokes on paper.
My forms grow organically. Sprouting from one piece of clay
placed upon another over time.

Tras mucha imaginación la imagen en mi mente está completa
y empiezo a trabajar. Montando y cosiendo pequeñas piezas
de arcilla, de la nada. Y transformándolas en formas complejas
llenas de movimiento y de vida.
Utilizo la técnica nerikami, acoplando arcillas de diferentes co-
lores para crear un flujo energético de color y forma, escul-
piendo en tres dimensiones, a diferencia de la pintura, que se
limita a la dos dimensiones de pinceladas en el papel.
Mis formas crecen orgánicamente. Brotando de un trozo de
arcilla colocado sobre otro a lo largo del tiempo.
