My main focus is on artistic ceramics, sculpture and drawing.
My favourite field of activity are alternative methods of firing
ceramics. It is vital for me that the simplicity and dynamics of
a ceramic form be complemented by its texture. Alternative
firing technologies allow for intriguing options of giving the
ceramic form the quality, enriching it with additional planes
and depth. I like it when finished forms are complemented
with a record of non – anymore – concealed struggle of the
material against the element of fire, as they write their own
story by themselves.

Mi enfoque principal es la cerámica artística, la escultura y el
dibujo. Mi campo de actividad favorito son los métodos alter-
nativos de cocción de la cerámica. Es vital para mí que la senci-
llez y la dinámica de una forma cerámica se complemente con
su textura. Las tecnologías de cocción alternativas permiten
opciones muy interesantes para poder dar calidad a la pieza
cerámica, enriqueciéndola con planos adicionales y profundi-
dad. Me gusta cuando las piezas terminadas se complementan
con marcas que (ya) no ocultan la lucha del material contra el
fuego. Como si las piezas escribieran su propia historia.
