I find inspiration from Cymatics, the scientific study of wave phenomena, microscopic imagery of seed pods, pollen and fractals. Mark-making, texture and decora- tion are equally as important as form. I attempt to make pieces that allude to a sense of weightlessness, in search of rhythm and bal- ance, fundamental elements of nature’.
