spray. So this is why the smell of cat urine is so repugnant to humans.
I thought that because I’m doing a review on an eBook that deals with how to stop cats
spraying, it would be good to tell you a little bit about the author. Sarah Richards has
been working as a Veterinary Technician with the ASPCA since 2009. Her job involves
prepping animals for surgery and post operative recovery.
In 2011 Sarah came into contact with a very malnourished cat which had severe peeing
and pooping problems. Now this cat was causing Sarah all kinds of “cat urinating
problems” in the house. Her newly rescued cat, whom she named Timmy, would poop
and pee all over her house for months.
No matter what she tried she could not stop Timmy from pooping and “cat spraying,”
until one day she had, what she calls, a breakthrough. It happened when she got talking
to a friend of hers, at work, who just happened to be a cat behavior specialist. This
specialist shared a trick with Sarah that proved to be very effective.
However, this little trick did not solve her cat peeing problem completely. A little later
Sarah’s friend suggested some more techniques which sealed the deal. These techniques
encouraged her cat to pee in his litter box and discouraged him from urinating all over
the house.
Anyway, back to the topic. As I stated earlier if your cat is peeing everywhere but in its
litter box then the cat has some kind of issue with it’s box, it’s really that simple. Now I
don’t claim to be an expert when it comes to cat spraying no more, however, I’m an avid
researcher and I recently came across an eBook dealing with such issues. I’m just about
finished reading it (at the time of this post) and I’m about to write up a review. So far
I’ve found the information to be of very good value. Watch for my next couple of posts
where I’ll be giving you my uncensored review.
