Eddie had a sock stuffed into his mouth and tape wrapped around his head. Tanya and Nicole had their hands duct taped to the outsides of their ankles. Now that everyone was subdued the man placed the gun against Eddie’ s head and pulled the trigger. The empty click was deafening as he smiled at Nicole. He looked into the open drawer.“ Just what I needed,” he laughed.“ Lose your gun buddy?” he asked. Cash and credit cards were removed from Eddie’ s wallet and the lady’ s purses.“ Pull the car into the garage. We are going to have a little fun before we leave. No sense the neighbors seeing an extra vehicle parked for a couple of days. If these folks are real nice we let them live,” he said. Eddie could hear the cars starting and the garage door open and close over the sound of his heavy breathing through his nose.
The two convicts who moved the vehicles returned with a couple bottles of wine.“ There is plenty more and a fridge full of food!” one of the guys exclaimed. The wine was opened and the bottles passed. Tanya and Nicole were moved from the floor to the bed. A pair of sharp sewing scissors had both of them nude in no time. Eddie was draped over the cedar chest at the foot of the bed. The chest contained Tanya’ s Christmas present. Hidden beneath her wedding dress was the diamond ring that took most of the savings he had stashed.
“ Are you a virgin sweetheart?” the leader asked Nicole. She stared in horror.“ I’ ll find out soon enough,” he laughed and stripped off the prison clothing. He tossed the scissors to the man in the uniform.“ Don’ t worry Mutt. Yours is at the foot of the bed. Maybe we both get virgins.”“ I will kill these fucking dogs with my bare hands,” Eddie thought as he was being violated along with his wife and daughter.“
Eddie fully understood the term“ Raped” as the party was winding down a few hours later. Tanya had shut down completely after thinking they should have moved in with Sam right away. Eddie lifted his head and looked into his wife’ s eyes. She blinked as if she were trying to recognize him.“ Change of plan,” the leader said as he put the barrel of the gun in Tanya’ s ear and pulled the trigger. The blast was muffled and Eddie watched in horror as a trail of smoke drifted up from the side of Tanya’ s head. The bed sheet began to turn crimson. He watched the life drain from his wife’ s eyes. The spark was gone. The gunshot caught Nicole’ s attention. She had been in shock after being mounted for the third time. Her eyes were pleading with her father to,“ Make this stop.” The man placed the gun against Nicole’ s head and Eddie could hear her scream through the gag.“ DADDY!”
The gun misfired and Eddie felt as if all these dogs had piled on top of him. He couldn’ t breath as the hammer on the revolver seemed to move in slow motion this time. The second bullet was not a dud and ended both his daughter’ s life and his. A massive heart attack saved him the pain of feeling the bullet that entered his brain a minute later. Eddie blinked and saw the taillights flash on the car in front of him.“ Stop it Eddie! You’ re scaring me,” Tanya yelled from the passenger seat.“ Here we go again,” Eddie thought.
