Our message is that we can deliver first year gains of around 20 % or better for most clients and provide them with a system they can use for continuous improvement of and low emission , high quality , safety and flexibility , the Heat Treatment business unit pursues a holistic approach : Furnaces , quenching systems and product carriers together are not seen as individual components of a system but as an overall concept . This allows significant cost savings due to even heat distribution and low energy consumption . Also , components are less susceptible to distortion , which reduces necessary alignment work . Available systems cover all phases of the heat treatment process . In four-storey continuous furnace systems , up to three different types of cast parts can be heat treated simultaneously . The modular systems also make it possible for flexibility and scalability according to customer needs . The same is true for the chamber furnace systems , which are especially suitable for the heat treatment of smaller numbers of pieces or of frequently changing ranges of parts . They consist of four to 22 furnaces , each of which can run a recipe of its own in parallel . www . strikowestofen . com
