MSC RISK MANAGEMENT12
its performance. Air-traffic management refers to the management of the flight in accordance
with the other flight. Here the effective radars and control system plays the role of controlling the
plane in emergency situation. However the great dependence of the air traffic management on
human resource also posit the safety hazards, since the factor of human error always makes the
part of the observation.
Recommendation and conclusion
1- In order to improve the safety of the aviation and the airlines, the first thing airlines
need to manage is the maintenance of planes. In doing so, the airlines should
incorporate the regulatory body (international in function) that manages and
authorizes the maintenance of planes according to the bench mark. In making it
effective a collective association of airlines should be created. This particular
membership body will perform in the industry in support to each other, offering the
particular maintenance service in exchange of other services, hence developing a
strong aviation network globally.
2- Since the aviation and the airlines performance oil greatly depends upon weather, the
airlines should train and develop the skills of the human resource that are offering the
geological services. On doing so a body of 5 experts should be created in each airline
that passes the results generated by the geological team. In addition, the airlines also
should develop an automated system that offers the weather updates in the particular
region. This is possible by developing the alliances with the airport of the different
regions that offers the accurate weather forecasts, hence reducing the risk of
inaccuracy and human error.
