Tours are offered every Saturday and Sunday at 12:00p.m., 1:00p.m. and 2:00p.m and if you are an Oyster lover, like myself, they have a freshly shucked Oyster Happy Hour every Saturday from 12-4pm.
Lake Wilcox surprised me, they had a great lineup of beer and with friendly, knowledgeable staff, it was great for conversation and learning more about the craft of brewing.
