Start your resolutions with us! Try any or all of the fitness classes for FREE during the
week of January 2 - 8. Restrictions may apply; participants must complete a waiver before class.
WEEKLY FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Bollywood Dance
Bollywood inspired fitness program combines dynamic
choreography with the hottest music from around the
world all packed into a 60 minute workout.
Express Pilates / Pilates
This mat-based workout is designed to engage the
mind and work the entire body. Fluid movements will
develop core strength plus, increase flexibility while improving balance and posture. Please bring a mat to
each meeting.
Flow Yoga Express
This vinyasa-style class will link yoga poses with the
breath for a flowing, dynamic strengthening practice.
Great Balls of Yoga
Release stress & tension while learning self massage
techniques in a fun and relaxing environment. This
class helps with arthritis, carpal tunnel and other ailments.
Pound
A full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout
fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics, and isometric poses into a 45-minute series.
Sitting Strong
Build strength using resistance bands, hand weights,
and stability balls in this non-impact exercise program.
Strong
Using a variety of equipment, gain balance, core, and
strength.
Wake Up Pilates
Back by popular demand! Start your morning right
with this invigorating Pilates program.
Walk Fit & Tone
This walking-style class includes easy to follow steps for
all fitness levels. The cardiovascular training portion of
the class will be equivalent to approximately a 2 mile
walk. The second half of the class will include toning
exercises with various pieces of equipment.
Zumba®
Ditch the workout and join the party! This fun, fastpaced, Latin-dance based cardiovascular class is sure
to get your heart pumping and muscles toned. All
fitness levels are welcome.
Group Fitness Bingo!
Pick up your bingo card at the front desk beginning January 2 and play Group Fitness BINGO throughout the winter/spring
season. Attend as many classes as you can to get BINGO and then claim a prize!
Present your bingo card to your instructor at class and the instructor will initial your card. The first 5 BINGO winners each
month will receive a prize! Group Fitness BINGO runs from January 2 - April 29, 2017.
