trainer can help you reach your fitness goals. Whether it’s

Fitness Assessment
A fitness assessment is a confidential all-inclusive review of
your current health and fitness levels. A certified trainer will
meet with you to review your cardiovascular fitness, body
composition/body fat percentage, flexibility, blood pressure and muscle strength/endurance. The trainer will discuss the results with you.
A fitness assessment is required before signing up for a
personal training session. After registration, you will be contacted by a personal trainer to schedule an appointment.
