It’s been a tough month for Sri Lanka. From major disasters to continuing unrest, the country is limping forward as it recovers from the recent events. However, even in such dark times, we see the light of hope as everyday people banded together to help those in need. Whether it was helping a colleague by lending some cloths or risking one’s life to save others, we were once again reminded of what makes Sri Lanka great. Usually I talk about cars or the car market, but this time, I’d like to say thank you to those who helped others find hope. Let us hope, that we have learnt the strength that we hold together, beyond race, caste, or religion, that when we band together, there is hope for tomorrow.
