HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER

Hotel General Managers oversee the hotel and food service teams, while ensuring our guests are provided with the highest level of service in a clean and safe environment. The entire Hotel Department will report directly to you as we travel the rivers and waterways of the country. This position will provide you with experience in every facet of the hospitality, food service, and cruise industries. Your primary duties include overseeing the day-to-day hotel operations and onboard food services.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee hotel department to ensure that an optimal level of service and hospitality is provided to guests.
Continuously improve the daily performance of the shipboard team and hotel department.
Provide a positive guest experience through high quality standards, safety, and strong customer service.
Perform bartending duties as needed with other management personnel.
