INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our applicants come from all over the U. S., so we conduct interviews in a variety of different ways. Most preliminary interviews are done through zoom. You will be speaking with several people from our Talent Acquisition and Operations departments. Some positions will require a final in-person interview as well.
Each conversation helps us learn more about you but is also designed to give you plenty of time to ask questions and become acquainted with the culture and expectations of American Cruise Lines.
LIFE ONBOARD
We offer paid travel expenses to and from your home city with flexible work schedules, allowing for a desired work-life balance. Life on a ship will likely be a unique experience for you and living where you work can be challenging. Most people enjoy the change of pace, but it may take some time to adjust. Space is limited, so you will most likely be sharing a room.
WALKING THE WALK
Your appearance and attitude are direct reflections of our company, which is why we have specific grooming, uniform, and service standards. As an officer, we expect you to have a positive and professional appearance on and off duty.
