Turn your passion for improving the lives of others into a career that helps address issues caused by poverty, inadequate housing, aging, unemployment, domestic violence, and mental and physical illness.
Eastern Florida State College’ s Social and Human Services Associate in Science degree prepares students for employment in human services, social work, psychology, gerontology, or other fields at non-profit organizations, for-profit social service agencies, and state or local government assistance agencies.
Graduates from this two-year program are given the opportunity to continue on to a bachelor’ s level program including FSU’ s College of Social Work through a transfer agreement that can also lead to scholarship opportunities.
This degree offers two specialization tracks:

• Domestic Violence Services
