WHAT IS IT?

The Computer Programming & Analysis Associate in Science degree at Eastern Florida State College is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in a software development environment.
Students enjoy hands-on learning, attentive instructors, and fully equipped labs with the most upto-date software. Computer languages are introduced in a progressive delivery starting with the structured programming used in procedural language and then advancing to object-oriented and visual languages.
Technical electives allow students to customize their program of study and extend their knowledge of multi-threaded applications, database applications, client server applications, advanced Graphical User Interface( GUI) applications, mobile application development in a variety of development environments, and the Extensible Markup Language( XML) standard.
