EFSC provides eight career pathways , identified by the State of Florida , as a way to group Florida state college academic programs by their career focus . At EFSC , we refer to these pathways as Academic Communities .
You can choose an Academic Community that fits your interests and then review its degrees and certificates and their related courses that help you progress toward a rewarding career .
EFSC also requires that first-time-in-college students meet with an advisor . While you may not know exactly what you want to major in , you may have a general idea . An advisor can help you choose the right classes for your academic success .
