If you love to work with children and are energetic , nurturing , creative and good at multi-tasking , a career in the education field is worth exploring .
EFSC offers a two-year Associate in Science Degree in Early Childhood Education that has the advantage of including four College Credit Certificates . That means the program ’ s courses meet requirements for several well-known state certifications , such as the Florida Childcare Professional Credential ( FCCPC ) at the Staff and Director Levels .
If you ’ re a high school student looking for more short term training to earn foundation certificates needed for entering the workforce , our approach also gives students flexibility . EFSC students also can earn college credit for education courses completed at a Brevard County Public high school .
Additionally , EFSC graduates from this program can move on to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree through a pathway partnership with Florida State College at Jacksonville !
