Principles of Human Services, is a
laboratory course that will enable students
to investigate careers in the Human Services
Career Cluster, including counseling and
mental health, early childhood development,
family and community, personal care, and
consumer services. Each student is expected
to complete the knowledge and skills
essential for success in high-skill, high-wage,
or high-demand human services careers.

I am taking Child Development because I
like being around little kids.` This class is
setting the standards by which I will one
day raise my children. Learning with the
kids helps me learn how to better take
care of them. My advice for anyone taking
this class is you have to be able to teach
kids and not let them just slack off.
