Transportation Distribution & Logistics Principles of Transportation Systems, students will gain knowledge and skills in the safe application, design, production, and assessment of products, services, and systems. This knowledge includes the history, laws and regulations, and common practices used in the transportation industry. Automotive Technology I: Maintenance and Light Repair includes knowledge of the major auto- motive systems and the principles of diagnosing and servicing these systems. This course includes applicable safety and environmental rules and regulations. Automotive Basics includes knowledge of the basic automotive systems and the theory and principles of the components that make up each system and how to service these systems. Automotive Basics includes applicable safety and environmental rules and regulations. Small Engine Technology I includes knowledge of the function and maintenance of the systems and components of all types of small engines such as outdoor power equipment, motorcycles, generators, and irrigation engines. Hunter Martindale 12th Grade I am in Automotive Technology 2 because I wanted to broaden my experience in the automotive field. I have learned how to perform both basic and advanced maintenance such as brake repair and removing engines. My advise is to never be afraid to ask questions when you face a challenge. 26 Alyssa Hatto 12th Grade I am taking Automotive Tech 1 because I like working on vehicles. This class has taught me patience, because it can often times get difficult, and you just have to slow down and follow the steps. My advice is for you to follow the rules at all times.
