Yearbook has allowed me to be
a part of other areas of school I
wouldn’t normally be a part of.
It has allowed me to be creative
in how I tell a story. I get to
present a side that not
everyone gets the
opportunity to
show. The best
advice I can give
a new staffer is
to use your
connections to
make new
connections.
This will help
you make the
story of your
year the best it
can be.

This is my second year on
the yearbook staff and my
first as Editor. I took this
class because it was
suggested by a friend and I
am glad I did. The two most
important things you will
learn is how to be a leader
and how to meet deadlines.
But have an open mind
and be ready to work.
Katy Ferguson 11th Grade
This is my 2nd year in Digital and
Interactive Media and I took this class
because I wanted to be part of the yearbook.
I have learned that it is important to meet
deadlines because missed deadlines can
be very costly. Be prepared to work after
school covering all kinds of events.
