Teamwork means power and support, and it's essential to success in any business environment. o Especially in a work environment where remote working and cross-border teams are becoming increasingly rampant. • Media Fluency o Media Fluency refers to the ability to unconsciously interpret the messages contained within media of all sorts, and the ability to communicate in multiple multimedia formats. In the 21 st Century workplace, it is no longer enough to just “do your job”. To be successful in your career development, you would need to demonstrate value-add in addition to meeting the basic requirements of the role you fill. 5
