Many employers are hiring, but some may be gathering a pool of applicants for future use. Job fairs are a powerful way to talk with many employers at one time. Some job fairs are also offered virtually. Instead of meeting with employers in person, job-seekers navigate a website or virtual space, meeting with company representatives over video chat.
