Before then, this year’s Lloyds Bank Cardiff Half Marathon will see a number of improvements and changes. One of the most notable will be the course, which is has been redirected along Cardiff’s ‘Central Link’. A necessary change whilst the Windsor Road Bridge is closed for ongoing work, we expect a return to the Lloyd George Avenue route next year. This year’s start will also see improvements made with a number of wave starts to improve all runners’ event experience. This year’s Lloyds Bank Cardiff Half Marathon is set to be one of the most exciting yet as we prepare and look ahead in anticipation to the IAAF/Cardiff University World Half Marathon Championships which will take place on the streets of Cardiff on Saturday 26th March, 2016 (www.cardiff2016.co.uk). The world’s eyes will be on Cardiff next March as the best athletes from around the world compete alongside up to 25,000 mass participants who will each have the unique Thank You!
