opportunity to meet and have a photo with
Pudsey and Blush as well as Cardiff’s own
Gethin Jones. Come by and pick up a Pudsey
item and help raise funds for this very worthy
charity. There’s also lots of giveaways and
family fun things to do.
Ease those Aches and Pains
Physiotherapy students from Cardiff
Metropolitan University will be providing free
post-race massages for everyone at this year’s
race. Make sure you pop in and ease those
aches and pains with a rub down. Just one
more incentive to make it round in one piece!
